Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of delivery.   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Lovers Unlimited does not issue return labels.  Simply ship the journals to:

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are requesting a refund and you are within the perimeters of our return policy, your refund will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt and approval of returned item.

All returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. You must include you proof of purchase to process your return.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Items

If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@loversunlimited.co and we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. A clear photo of the damaged item is to be attached to the email.

All damages must be reported within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be returned within 30 days of original delivery date.

Please include a note in your return package with your order number for our reference. Once it has been received, we will ship your replacement. 

All exchange shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support. All original shipping charges are non-refundable
